One of the more difficult things to do with Live Communications Server is to troubleshoot it. The documentation ranges from LCS 2003 to LCS 2005 to LCS 2005sp1. It is confusing, especially if the technology is new to you. After a recent issue we had the MS PSS contact sent me a follow up link to a nice web cast. It is dry as many of these technical casts are but is very informative and can help clear things up.
It covers the SIP communications and several of the LCS Resource Kit tool in much greater detail then anywhere else I've seen
